This is the worst salon I've ever been to. I had an appointment made with Amy that I scheduled 2 weeks before the date. My appointment was at 3:45. I showed up 5 min early and I was picking out my color. A guy came up to me and said he will do my nails. I said I had an appointment with Amy. They preceded to tell me to sit down and I would be next. I'm watching Amy do a full set that she's just starting...at my appointment time. So I wait 30 min while they're taking off my old dip. They did not remove my dip correctly and there was a bunch of old dip left on my nails when they were done. At this point I had waited 45 min and Amy still was not ready. I said I will just pay for the dip removal and I'm leaving because i had just gotten off work and it was a long day. The whole point of having an appointment was so i didnt have to wait. They charged me $15 for the worst dip removal I've ever had. Left my nails looking terrible. I will never go here again and you shouldn't either! Terrible customer service and they clearly don't know how to do nails here.

My daughter and I have been here once prior for pedicures. We have done this in the past at other places, but I had not yet felt comfortable taking her to get her first full set until we tried this salon and saw with what great care they treat their clients. My daughter brought some pictures in as inspiration and left thrilled with her nails. They look amazing. No special occasion, just finally found the right fit! Their prices are very reasonable, they take their time, and they do a great job. Between the two of us, we have had 4 separate technicians and have been happy with all of them. Thank you again guys! P.S. We had an appointment as well. We did wait over our appointment time, but they had a large group of very young girls walk in with their moms without appointments for birthday nails! They were very accommodating throughout all of this and took the time to make sure the birthday crowd was happy as well as that we were happy about the services we received before we left!

I have never had a bad full set done until today (see photos). Full set gel manicure was done very sloppy, uneven, bumpy, thick, and painful. I typically have a great experience at Anna’s nails but David did a horrible job with my full set. I communicated with him throughout the process, telling him it looked a little bumpy but he kept saying he was going to file it. If I could give it a 0, I would. I showed the other technician at the time of checking out and he said he would take them all off and do them again for me because he agreed they were very bad. I didn’t have time to stay and have them redone so I have to schedule a time to go back and have one of the more experienced technicians redo it. I would recommend being very selective with the technician and being very observant with how they are progressing through your full set if you chose to get your nails done here.

My wife ended up getting nails done that ended up looking beautiful, but the technician hurt her very badly multiple times. It was very evident that she was uncomfortable. At one point, she even audibly gasped from the pain and then said “you hurt me!!” Involuntary tears pooled in her eyes and dripped onto her face mask. She was sniffling and had a runny nose. The technician did not stop at all. He never gave her a break, never let her blow her nose or collect herself. She spent the remainder of her time in the chair (about 40 minutes) until he finished. He never let her get up to wash her hands or anything during any point of our visit. He even started to laugh when she was crying, but I think it may have been a nervous laugh on his part, but then again I also think he might be a sadist, because he never stopped when she was clearly in serious pain, and she has a HIGH pain tolerance so I was rightly concerned. Like I said, her nails look great, but I doubt we’ll ever go back there.

She wanted me to get a pedicure while they did her nails to kill some time, which she explained when we got there. They ended up finishing my pedicure before she even sat down, so I had to wait around for an hour and a half, which is exactly what we wanted to avoid.

It doesn’t really seem like they listen or care about the customers requests, which is a shame for them because we usually tip a minimum of $20 per technician, and in this instance we only tipped 25% (which is still more than they deserved, but they would have had a much better tip had they even shown one iota of concern for my wife).

As for my pedicure, I got the "basic package" which includes an 8 minute massage and nail clipping/callous removal every item after that includes the "basic package". I opted for the 2nd package which includes basic package (massage plus nail/callous removal) plus hot stones ,with no explanation of how they are used...

I didn't time the massage itself but the whole pedicure was done in no more than 20 minutes including the stones so basically I got a 5 minute "massage", which was pretty bad... The massage chair I was in was better! As for the "hot stones" I opted for, she rubbed hot stones on my calves and feet for about 90 seconds. So most of the pedicure was her cutting my nails and poking and picking with various instruments, which I did appreciate the cleanliness; it's also relevant this was my first pedicure so it wasn't until I explained my experience to my wife that she suggested maybe since I didn't opt for a bunch of the "extras" is why I got half massage with someone half trying.

So I'd love to give more stars, but between my lazy pedicure and my wife's torturous manicure, I can't...

Finally a place that I would literally drive the distance for. I've tried so many nail places and I just happened to agree to going to the salon with a friend. I was just going to hang out with her and watch her get her nails done, as I had honestly lost most faith in nail salons. Long story short, I decided to go for it and I can't believe how happy I am. I got my nails done Saturday morning and it's now Tuesday night and I haven't stopped looking at them cents. My nail technician Took her time with my gel manicure and made sure it was perfect. She even asked me if I wanted another coat of gel on my nails and was not hesitant or reluctant to give me another coat when I asked for it. She was really sweet and made sure that everything was cleaned up, the edges of my nails and cuticles look so clean and cared for! Another huge pro to this place is how amazingly cute it is! You already feel pampered just walking in and taking in all the cute decor!

I went back on Sunday to treat my boyfriend to his first pedicure ever and although my experience wasn't quite as amazing as my first, it's not enough to deter me from this place. My boyfriends pedicurist took her time with him and made sure to clean his feet, cut his toenails and give him such an amazing and well deserved massage. He loved his experience. My pedicure was not the worst, but I've definitely had better before. The woman that worked on me was a bit more middle-aged and she seemed kind of rushed. When she was filing my toenails, she was filing with a big square file and she was in such a rush and not paying attention that she was actually filing my skin along with my nails. Notttttt the best feeling. I also chose just a regular nail polish for my toes and she put the coats on quite quickly because the previous coats hadn't dried and it messed up the coat she had just laid down. When my nails were done, I saw a couple of air bubbles in my toenails. So pedicure not the best, manicure the best!!

My only regret is that I didn't get the name of the girl who worked on my manicure. But I will get it soon and she's the only person I will go to!! Everyone at the salon is very friendly and sweet. Overall, I had a...
