September 12, 2020: I have been a good customer of this store for over 10 years. On September 12th I was in the store with my thermal grocery bag. I always bring it to the store. A male manager or owner racially profiled me asking what was the bag for and what was in it. I was quite offended because I am a neighborhood guy who walks to the store and well known. When he realized how upset I was regarding his insinuation he backed off and went about his business. I complained to the manager who told me next time not to bring my bag and use a cart. I don't like carts because of the coronavirus and again I walk to the store. I left the item's I was going to purchase with the cashier and left the store. I later called and spoke to the manager who refused to give me the name of the owner. I will never shop there again. This was not the first time that I have felt racially profiled in the store. Whenever I ask for assistance management acts as though I am irritating them. Really rude. They actually partially ignore me. This occurence just verified my suspicions. I am seeking legal advice at this time.

January 7, 2020: I purchased from the frozen meat section a package that was labeled Lamb shoulder B/L. Now I am a professional cook and to me B/L means boneless. I made a stew out of the meat and found it was not boneless but actually every cut had a bone. Nearly broke a tooth. When I approached the manager about this the next time I was in the store she just laughed at me. I feel I should receive some sort of compensation for the faulty...

I enjoy walking through the store. Most times I have no idea what I'm looking at BUT that is to be expected. Only a few minutes from our house, our go to when looking for fresh Ramen or Yaki Soba noodles as well as produce for stir-frys ect. Only negative (for lack of a better word) is it is hard to find an employee when you have a question. My last 2 visits I had the same cashier and both times she completely ignored us and was having a casual conversation with the only other cashier who was on the other isle (Absolutely NOT digging on teenagers (Age means nothing...your age does NOT dictate nor define your work ethic & character!!!) simply sharing my experience, both were teenagers. Both times she rang us up without any acknowledgement. Literally none! Lol No greeting, no total, no bye or get the hell outta here 😉 Nothing! Her ability to multi-task by continuing her conversation with her coworker, ringing & bagging our groceries, all while ignoring our existence was admirable 😎 I'm being facetious & mean no ill will. Although we only shop here every few months, I really enjoy & appreciate the different cultural experience this market brings 👌 ALSO this Asian market offers MUCH more than most realize. They have several isles dedicated to other countries & their products. I recommend checking them out if your...

Please change the guy who is attending calls (date:22July2023 1:11pm) he is rude, careless and doesn't want to help. So better get worthy employees who are good at customer service. He disconnects call abruptly, and just picks call and doesn't talk. If we ask his name he disconnects call. It's 1 star only because of this employee. So Owner of this shop please look at your employees attitude before hiring!

To your RESPONSE : If you don't have the civility to even listen to customer query, please take off the number from Online. I stay 20miles away from your store and have been visiting your store from past 8 years. Do learn to respect patron and be polite to customers than being arrogant and disrespectful. The person didn't show even 0.00001% of helping nature that you trying to potray here. Hey Mr! it's your responsibility to assign appropriate individual in the customer service to help address customer queries. If you are the one who spoke to me and now defending your act through your absurd response in the name of so called owner, which I think is true then it's a "DISGRACE". I wish you would have spent the same amount of time in answering my query on phone you would have won many more customers and me. You have lost a valuable customer and will soon...

Last night Jan 05' 2018 I went for grocery shopping. I took and billed mountain high low fat yogurt. When I came home and opened the box I saw fungus(bacteria) inside the box. The label says expiry date was Jan 13'2018. Attached the images of the product and bacteria. Next day Jan 6' 2018, I went for buying other stuff and trying to tell them showing the pics and receipt, they were very rude and not putting attention on the above issue. One of a representative lady came and asking me if you already came for shopping yesterday how come you came for shopping again. I said it's none of your business and not the point to discuss am showing you the receipt, please work on my case. They didn't even responded and telling me we ll check the cc TV footages. They were very rude, arrogant and it's some kind of racism I can see while they r talking to me. Am completely disappointed. Please make sure when you shop again in this store, check thoroughly because the label and the expiry date they provide is not correct or illegal. My problem here is not about the money I invested into this but the quality of the products they sell and customer service they provide. Am about to give complaint or file a petition on this store and the products they sell. Attached the images.

I always drove by this place and didn't really see it for what it was; absolutely amazing and essential, especially if you are vegan. It's very hard to find agar agar and Indomie soups and other niche things my family loves so we stopped in to see what they had. Sure enough, they had it all and for cheap. The last time I saw an Asian market with this extensive of a selection and low prices was in Pensacola, Florida. The produce is mostly cheaper than Winco, which has always had the lowest prices we could find in the north valley. Potatoes were $3 for 10#, cilantro for .69, but what struck me more than the price of the vegetables is that every single item in the section looked like it was picked that very same day. The zucchini, the eggplant, everything was pristine without a single mark or flaw. We didn't have trouble finding a single thing because the layout was orderly and the isles are clearly marked. Another thing that I noticed is how clean the entire store was. The cashier and bagger were awesome. They were very personable and polite. They always are. We'll be shopping here from now on before we even consider anywhere else. Cheers to Asiana Market. They deserve 6 stars.
