I love Dutch Bros but this location overall is a let down. Most of the time the drinks are not made correctly and itās frustrating so I rather go to the location by bell and 7th Ave. Today I went to this location because it was on the way to my destination and thought I would gamble to see if they can make a drink correctly. Surprisingly, the drinks I got were actually good! So good job guys. What caused me to actually make this review was the service I received. I always use my app to order. Itās convenient, I can customize my drink how I want, and itās easy to pay. I ordered on my app and arrived at their location about 2 minutes after I ordered. The barista that was outside taking orders was nice and told me to that Iām okay to pull forward to the window, once I get there the barista at the window looked upset and told me that next time I order on the app to set the time on the app to follow it because I am 7 minutes early. She said it kind of rude. Yes, I was early but idk what the lines look like and I should have known that this location wouldnāt have a line because it never does. Regardless, if I am 7 minutes early and the drinks werenāt ready I would be happy to wait. Also, whatās the difference from me ordering in the app to ordering in person? Had I ordered with the barista outside the order would have been ready at about the same time. I sent my husband to get coffee first thing in the morning since it was sticker day. I asked for a large hot americano (plain, black coffee), with the white coffee beans. He brought home what order, I do not know, some sugary concoction with steamed milk and syrups. I cannot drive as I am on a medical exemption and he had to leave for work, so I drank the 600 calorie drink I didn't ask for.
I most often ask for a black cold brew, iced, with the Irish cream syrup half sweet, no cream or milk. They hand it to me with milk it in every... single... time. The items are not half sweet either, half the time. This is frustrating, as I log my macros and calories diligently and this is meant to be an occasional treat. It's a good thing I don't have allergies!
It's really disappointing that this location seems to lack complete quality control, training or any oversight. I understand this seems very "first world problems" to complain about a coffee chain not providing consistent service, however I shop at Dutch because I 1)enjoy their beans and brew, especially the cold brew and 2) I monetarily want to support a corporation who's philanthropic efforts and values align with mine.

Whoever is doing the walk up window at 7:25am on 10/16/24 needs to be retrained in customer service because what she gave is anything but that. Every other person there I have had a GREAT experience with. Everyone else actually wants to have a conversation, but not this chick, she just wanted to get you in and out. (There was no one behind me and I was a mobile order) I asked for 3 pup cups on top of that. So in total 4 items, tell me why she put the 3 pup cups on the window and just stared at me, didnāt even offer me a drink carrier like everyone else would instead I had to ask for one. Didnāt tell me to have a good day until I told her she seems like she hates her job and shouldnāt be working here if this is how miserable sheād be.
