Employee pointed a gun at me and denied it.

I came into the store for the very first time. just to browse. I observed a staff employee handling a firearm. whilst he was handling it, he pointed the barrel at me standing inside the store. I mentioned this act to that employee and he immediately denied it. There are CCTV cameras in the store. Check it 11/22/23 @ 1127. Gun safety 101, point a firearm loaded or unloaded at a safe direction at all times, not at potential customers. If employees cannot safely handle firearms, why buy there when they cannot train employees in safe gun handling? I spoke to the owner Gary about this incident. He did apologised for his employee's unsafe behaviour. This may be my first and last time there.

Yes the other employee did greet me, but that is not the issue here.

Update to owner reply 12/01/23: Review your CCTV carefully Gary. If i can see the firing pin hole with the light shining through the ejection port on it through the barrel that is pointing at me. Called over 100 gun shops in the Phoenix area and across the nation. I was looking for a P320 AXG Scorpion. They had one being shipped in to the store. It arrived Wednesday and were kind enough to hold it for me until Friday afternoon when I could come by. This version of the Scorpion came with a Romeo Pro 1 Red Dot and elevated Sig iron sights. Sweet gun. I did not want the Red Dot, but what the heck it was a great price. Filled out the paperwork and while they were doing the background check I had a change of heart. I asked if I could see the P320 Equinox with iron sights they had in the case. Sig lovers know the Equinox is the same exact gun as the Scorpion, except it is nickel and black. The Equinox felt just right. I asked if it was a problem if we switched the Equinox for the Scorpion. "No problem, we want you to happy when you wake up tomorrow morning." Awesome!!! Everyone in the shop was very helpful. I asked about smaller guns for CCW and they took the time to show me several that fit the bill. Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent gun store.
