Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

This location is absolute trash. Their website wrongly sent to to their location for delivery in my area while I was working on a jobsite. I entered my address and selected the ONLY store it provided for me in my area. After placing the order, the website told me it would be 20-25 minutes for arrival. After about 20 minutes, I received a call, thinking my driver was trying to find where to drop off the pizza at the jobsite, but it was just the store telling me I selected the wrong store. So I asked if they could transfer my order to the correct store and get my pizza to me. He said he could only cancel the order and I would have to re order it, but online, they are the ONLY store provided in my area where I was working. After asking why they waited until the posed delivery time to call me and tell me they can't deliver my pizza, the guy told me he is just going to cancel my order and hung up on me. The order should not even be allowed to be placed outside of the delivery area and if it does come through, the employees should realize it's outside of their zone and NOT make the pizza and inform the customer while they still have time to order somewhere else. The employees at this location are rude and inconsiderate when I was trying to get my food in the time I had on site. They need retrained properly or fired for being...

Watch your credit/debit card charges. Food was good but I don't trust Pizza Hut anymore, and will never order there again. On 10/17/24 I placed an order online. Total for this order was $15.20. On 10/19 they billed my credit card and added a $5.00 tip. This was an online order and I drove to pick it up. I wasn't to happy, so I called and spoke to a manager. He said he'd refund my entire order for the hassle. He said it was something with ordering online. We'll, today is 10/30 and I never received my refund. Luckily my credit card company caught this huge tip and sent me an email. They asked if a $5.00 tip is what I had given. I said no. Therefore my credit card company gave me the $5.00 back the same day. At least I got that. But what really ticks me off is that this should have NEVER happened, and the managers promise to refund my entire order was nothing but hot air. I'm only writing this to warn others if they order online, to be on the look out for any over charges.
