GameStop — Local services in Phoenix

This is the best gamestop I have found around the valley and trust me I have been to many. I am a huge game enthusiast and in recent years have dabbled in content creation. What first drew me to this game stop was a manager I met. He would learn his customers, engage, and relate. He would pitch game sales which is their job but only the ones tailored to what you play. He sadly left but I kept going back. One of the managers I met after him, Janice, and all her associates do the exact same thing which is why I keep going back. I introduced my boyfriend and a friend or 2 to this location and they all agree about the services you get there. I know recently there's been a lot of bad press about GameStop and their employees but this is not one of those locations. GameStop should really stop and look into what Janice and her store is doing because whatever they are doing its the right way. Which is a lot coming from me since I am picky about stores especially once that thrive off sales. I don't return to pushy environments. This place will recommend or ask once then let it go if you say no. I have been to 3 other stores close to here that don't give the same respect so I never went back. I won't even go to those stores. I'll either wait till this one has what I'm looking for or I'll have this store order it for me. I hope they keep doing what they do best because we will always choose them first. Went to exchange a PS4 that makes a funky sound with a PS4 that doesn't. I didn't have a receipt, the clerk tells me that he can't exchange it without receipt. After suggesting a few other ways he could track the purchase he continually tells me "Like I said, I can't do anything without a receipt." Finally another man walks up and looks it up within 2 minutes. Pulls out the system, plugs it in and says the system is perfect. I tell him that I don't want to take it home and have it do the same thing. Than he says he can only exchange for the same exact model (CODBO3 Edition). Instead of giving me a regular one and a game, he fights with me about it. Long story short, they did everything they could to not exchange it. When any other Electronic Store, even Walmart would have done with no questions asked. I will not purchase anything...

You literally go to GameStop trying to make it quick and the people working need to go and poo every 5 minutes and have everyone waiting almost 20 minutes outside I have no idea why it happens every time I need to go to a game stop and they don’t have what you need so you go to another game stop to get what you need then boom there in the toilet not attending to customers this Corporation has no business in what there doing yet alone selling games wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemies to buy from here at this point just throw the whole company away I’m sure it’s not the first time this has...
