This is an amazing up & coming Community by South Mountain! The "Farmhouse" style homes are absolutely gorgeous! Really large homes with really large rooms, stunningly designed with several choices including an RV garage. Beautiful arch structures welcome you into the driveway with an abundance of plants and trees already establishing the beauty of the landscaping. Stopped at a nearby park to burn time before my appointment to view a model home. Park was filled with heroine addicts (that’s what I assume the constant stream of people in and out of the parks restroom were doing) and homeless people. Entrance to neighborhood was a huge electrical grid substation. Probably the shadiest area I’ve seen while visiting Phoenix all within 1 mile of this...

I have lived in the area for yrs, and have been looking fwd to some aesthetically pleasing, non-obtrusive growth to the neighborhood. I went by to check out model homes, and was blown away! Absolutely beautiful! So glad a developer finally has the right vision for growth without destroying the beauty of the South...
