Larry is the best! I called him based on a gut feeling from other reviews here, and I’m so thankful that I did. I had a very high-end, but old surround system that was missing speakers, had tangled/jumbled messy wires, a broken receiver, and I was just tired of it not working, being messy, and intimidated by trying to figure it out.

I let Larry know that I had purchased a brand new TV from Costco, I needed it mounted, and I just wanted to get a soundbar because of the above mentioned mess. Larry came out, and let me know that the system I have is very good, and it would be a waste of my money and a disservice to myself to buy a soundbar because I would be really missing out on a high quality experience and my system was still operational, just needed a little bit of TLC.

For the same price of the soundbars I was looking at, Larry repaired my old system, got everything up and running, replaced the receiver and speakers that needed to be replaced with gently used but amazing equipment, and spent a lot of time making sure everything worked seamlessly and that I understood the technology.

He spent so much time and energy making sure that everything was perfect and that I was comfortable with the equipment/settings, and was so ethical, honest and fair with his advice and pricing that I'm blown away.

He’s a real human being, with expertise and integrity and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I just got off the phone with him because he called to check in with me (after being done with the job) to make sure everything was still working well and that I didn’t run into any snags....

Our non-profit recently had a projector installed and our sound system redone by Larry and his team. They were able to find an efficient and cost effective solution to a problem we’d been struggling with for months without a satisfactory resolution. Larry was communicative every step of the way and always made the reasoning for his recommendations clear. He came up with a plan for the unique challenges of our property on relatively short notice and executed them with haste.
