If I could give a negative rating I would do it. I went into The store May 1 and a gal with brown hair to her shoulders at the register would not allow me to return a watch that I had purchased two days prior. She said I could not return it because I had taken two of the links out and therefore altered it and customized it to fit my wrist. However, I told her the links were in the box along with everything else. The watch had not been worn. I told her the watch does not do the certain things that I would care for it to do or like for it to do. I told her that I was not satisfied and per the receipt if I am not 100% satisfied I am eligible for 100% refund. But she told me I needed to read the rest of the policy for returning online. What she failed to realize is that watches are made to be adjusted and that watch was made to be adjusted! But she would not take it back still the blonde guy standing next to her I think felt really bad for me. What she is saying is that basically if I buy a purse and adjust the straps and I will test them to fit my body it is no longer eligible for return. Went to the store I originally purchased the watch from and they were super helpful and able to get the watch returned. I will never come back to the anthem location ever again. We inquired on a specific pink bag that was on display, that would have been perfect for a birthday gift. So we asked to see if there where any new ones available in the back. The store associate went to the back room and quickly came out. She said there are no new pink purses available, and that the display is all they had. She never even looked at us while talking to us and went back to talking to her friends. Other store associates basically gave us the cold shoulder.
