Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Phoenix

My family and I went to RMCF after we were done doing some of our winter shopping. We all got apples but my mom's apple had mold at the bottom of the apple. My mom went back to go return it, she wasn't causing a scene nor was she being rude. She was calming just telling them that there's was mold on the bottom of the apple and that she wanted her money back. A lady at the front refused to give my mom back her money, because she didn't have a receipt because she doesn't usually keep them from RMCF because we are always satisfied with out choices. But she did however take a copy of the receipt that my mom signed. My mom asked her if she could just use the receipt that she signed and they told her that they couldn't use it. They didn't give a valid reason on why they couldn't use it they just said no. So my mom enede up walking out of the store with out a refund and very frustrated about what happened...

Horrible customer service and bad business from the manager. I was going to purchase 3 apples as a gift ($6-$9 apples) and I wanted a box instead of a paper bag and she said additional $.95. Ridiculous. So I walked out with zero apples. I was even going to purchase a lot more chocolate treats. Not there, not ever! They lost a sale for over $30 for $95cents bad business sense. She was rude too, so double no to my business.

Also I wrote this review by accident on wrong Rocky Mountain chocolate site and the manager replied and said wrong location and “we never ask for extra money for gift wrapping we just want to make a special someone happy with our product.” now that’s great customer service. I’ll go get my gift at this location. Anthem has lost my business, they obviously thought .99 cents was better than over...

To owner: My wife and my kids walked in to check out the factory, we saw a sign posted that read “Blue Bell Ice Cream “ inside. We found the mini fridge with the selection. I kindly asked the lady in the front counter for 4 cones and she responded “the ice cream station is now closed” . End of story. No “I am sorry, we are about to close, or something “ she simply stated that and looked away. The time on my watch said 7:40. The place closes at 8pm.
