The first time I shopped there had a wonderful experience spent thousands there. Well this last time was an experience. So the delivery guys could not get a regular sofa in my regular twonstory condo. The man told me will will bring a loveseat and chair. I said no I don’t want another loveseat I’ll just go pick a chair out with what I have left. So I went there my friend Juan was with me kinda poking fun at how they could not get that in the condo. He did not know the man at the counter I was speaking with was the delivery man also. Oh that sparked a nerve with him. So somehow I was only getting a Chiari and had to pay a 100 more. When I figured this out I was like how was I getting a loveseat and chair and now a chair plus paying more? So I immediately canceled and demanded my money back. They said with a 25% restock fee I said well your receipt states 15% I can then hear the man typing angrily at his computer keyboard. Man I will never spend my money there again. Hey guys that book shelf I wanted can you send me the name I still want to get it I need to find a place that sells it other...

Nicks furniture is Well rounded, great teamwork, amazing customer service skills and approach. Every associate and manager are very professional and knowledgeable and treat you like your a great long time friend. Very welcoming and warm store. A store that you can really have an amazing experience as well your time is really invested with the team and products that they have. I have and will continue to recommend this furniture store to anyone I come Across who enjoys home to want to live comfortable. One last thing: their communication to you and the drivers delivering to your home is outstanding! I hope this store becomes very successful and new customers who come in can continue to receive the same service I have/had. My purchase was a chaise, 2 piece sectional with ottoman to match of course and to compliment the new furniture you can’t forget the rug: 9x6 total cost a little over $2k. Overall I rate this store a “A++”
