The staff was very nice and all but the person that did my brow lamination and tint did not do a good job. I was sent home with my eyebrows full of tint. This was my first time doing brow lamination so I thought this was normal. I went to another place to fix my eyebrows because I didn’t even get a shape with the brow lamination at sweet Skin. At the other salon they told me that Sweet Skin wasn’t supposed to send me home with my eyebrows full of tint but in a messy way!! It looked like I had 2 bushes for eyebrows!!!!!! What a great experience at the MedSpa in Phoenix! I had bought a gift card at an auction for a nonprofit organization we support in Mesa, Jacob's Mission, so this was my first time to the spa! I love supporting nonprofit organizations and getting the PERK of being introduced to new amazing local businesses to support! Found this place on Groupon. Honestly they deserve 5-star for their work and service. Impressed with their procedure. But unfortunately had to cutdown that one star as we went there for microneedling and as they didn’t had necessary equipment available, we were asked if we are ok with hydrafacial and was told it’s the same benefits. We were ok with it. But after coming back did a little research and found out that hydra needling is not effective and last longer results compared to microneedling when it comes to anti aging which is the main reason for our visit.
