I went here for a photo facial. I’m displeased with my service because I was asking for laser resurfacing (which I’ve had done before for a similar price). At the appointment I told them again before the procedure what I was looking for and they assured me it was the same thing. After it waiting over 3 weeks I saw no results or changes in my skin. The owner was nice enough to bring me in and redo the photo facial and she targeted the spots I wanted done numerous times in the follow up session I did get the results I was looking for. I am giving 2 stars because both times I left without any after care. No moisturizer or sunscreen which I found odd and there wasn’t much cleaning done to prep the skin other than asking if I was wearing makeup. Online, it says moisturizing is imperative after a photo facial, so I find it strange they let you walk out without that. I’ve been coming to this place for alittle over a year and I love it. I work with Kristen Venard as I participate in their monthly facial club. Every month I see her and she does a great job cleaning my pores, dermaplaning my skin, chemical peels, etc. I’m so excited to see her next month to have my eyebrows tinted and laminated for the first time. Kristen is so sweet, always asks about my kids, and what’s new in life. I’m so happy to have such a great person to work on my skin. She’s very honest and tells me when I need to step up my game and when I should start/stop using certain products. I even had my tween daughter see her a few times for her skin.

OMG! I went in and seen Kristen after experiencing sun spots AND at home microneedling (Avoid). I felt horrible about my skin with dark marks on my cheeks & forehead. Kristen provided me with skin care education and scheduled me for an IV peel within days. Lile the name of the treatment, I had some heavy peeling. I never wore foundation before other than coverup on the hideous spots (which was a fail). My face looks soooo much better. I mean one week without any makeup and I feel GREAT happy dance).
