I just stopped in to a mani pedi before going on vacation. They were busy and asked me to come back. They do have a policy where they ask you to prepay if they schedule you for an appointment because often time people don’t come back. Which makes perfect sense give that I’d never been there before and there’s only 2 people who work. This wasn’t a problem for me because I was definitely coming back. Makes good business sense to not have a ton of people sitting around just waiting for customers to walk in. There was a rude lady who walked in demanding a clear coat and was upset when they were told 1/2 hour because they were clearly busy with customers. They weren’t rude to her they just said no explained the situation and why they would have to wait. They are very friendly and talk to the clients. And you could tell they get to know their regulars. I even had headphones at the ready but didn’t use them because they were just very friendly. Very happy will definitely go...

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! There are so many nail salons to choose from. You read reviews and hope they are accurate. Well let me tell you. I just went to Tommy’s Nails on Greenway. My nails are perfect. Just the way I love them. The couple that works there are so sweet. They speak perfect english and so very knowledgable. I am hard of hearing and could hear everything they said. I had a terrible nail job from another salon. She undid what they had done. Then went on to make my nails look amazing. The price was BETTER than reasonable. And it was so fast. Being that there is only the two of them, it’s best to make an appointment, especially if you have a big job like I did. However, I did see them have a walk-in while I was there. I also noticed that they knew their clients by name and were so welcoming. A true treasure if you love your nails. I know I will not be going anywhere else. THANK YOU TOMMY’S NAILS!!! Minh did my nails and my eyebrows and he was AMAZING!! He made sure to take the time to make sure they were perfect and he was a joy to talk to! I also messed up my nail while it was drying and he was so sweet and fixed it without any issues. And my eyebrows are FLAWLESS!

Lai did my pedicure and she was also AMAZING! She also made sure to take her time and make my nails look perfect! The massage was so good I almost fell asleep! She was also a joy to talk to!

I have been to many nail places where I was treated poorly or the job they did was not as good as I hoped. However, Tommy's did not disappoint! I will definitely be coming back as a regular! Thank you Minh and Lai for pampering me and making feel like a welcomed customer! ❤️❤️

Update: I slammed my finger in a door and Minh fixed it for me and he was able to save my nail!! I love Minh and Lai.. they are life...
