I had an amazing experience at Healthy Phone Tech! My phone had a battery issue, and they fixed it quickly and flawlessly. The staff was super friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. The prices were fair (much better than other places I checked), and the repair was done faster than expected. My phone looks and works like brand new again!

And on top of all of that, they have a bunch of awesome stuff inside as well. Shelves of videogames from retro to modern, stacks of trading cards just waiting to be cracked open, and awesome vintage collectibles waiting for the right person. It’s the kind of place where you could lose track of time for hours. Honestly, what more could anyone ask for?

Didn't know this place existed until a friend suggested I take my iPhone there to be repaired. When I walked in there's a sense of nostalgia from all the games that I grew up playing. The owner(I assume) was helping a young boy who was wanting to sell or trade some pokemon cards. The guy took his time w the cards and was very considerate letting me know he would get to me as quickly as he could. He was very fair w the young boy giving him pointers on collecting. Most places would not take their time w a child like this especially when I'm sure he was barely making any profit but he went above and beyond. When it was my turn to be seen he tells me he can have my iPhone repaired in 20 mins so I go across the street and shop a few mins and when I got back there it was looking good as new! My husband’s phone screen broke and I took it to get it fixed on a Saturday. We unfortunately must’ve had gotten a bad screen so I messaged Zach and he got us in the next day, on a day off and immediately took care of the issue. We ended up having a few more issues with the screen and display and Zach replaced the screen for a new one on the following day, again on a day off, and didn’t charge us for the new screen. He even offered to give us a tempered glass protector for free and a discount for future because of the inconvenience.

Now the screen and phone are both working great.
