been eating at this restaurant for several years 7 to be exact. when it was in the old location the service was 10 ☆ I've been in that little place and no place left to sit and EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE. the food the service everything was incredible. since they moved and got bigger they added help.I understand with growth the need for help grows as well.Ivery eaten there several times since they moved and the food is still 10☆ nothing short of awesome but the service gets worse every time. today we ate there again but service is unacceptable. I had to get my own drink 2 times.once the young lady brought our food she never came back. not attentive at all.it would be OK if they were busy but there was only 3 tables other than our.and to add for frustration the whole time 2 of the waitresses sat talking doing nothing never once asked if we needed anything keep in mind I've gotten my own drink 2 times.never got a ticket had to wait at the register for several minutes while they finished their conversation the whole experience was very frustrating. today will be the last time I spend my money there it's sad because the food is incredible and when it was just the daughter working the service was incredible too.since they moved it's just went down hill.I won't pay hard earned money to be ignored. truly...

So my wife and I entered at 9:19am. We waited at a table for about 5 mins waiting for it to be cleaned off. As soon as we sat down the waitress took our order. I ordered a bacon and cheese omelet and my wife a chicken biscuit (both comes with grits) and my daughter plan toast. I had coffee to drink. After they took our order we waited. My wifes biscuit was cold but grits warmer than mine. The food was edible but had little to no taste. The coffee was also just barely warm over room temp and when I put creamer in it was cold. This is the restaurant you see in cheesy movies about some small town, where everyone goes to eat on their lunch break or before work. Eating here reminds me of helping out my grandpa with the cows, spending a long morning fixing fences, and stopping by some hole in the wall restaurant, getting some good, hearty meals, and chatting with the cook.
B&R is a true local gem, and I'm glad to...
