I came here after an awful wreck while I was visiting family in town. I was upset to say the least. I really didn’t want this crash to ruin my vacation but how could I not feel overwhelmed when my car was needing repairs that would cost $$ I didn’t have. I was entirely grateful to have had family point me to Shroeder’s. Jason and the team made this entire process as fun as getting a car repaired could possibly be. Even when it turned out my wheel was bent and I had to put more money towards the car, the team here made sure that I knew they were here with me. Especially Jason! That guy goes above and beyond and I can honestly say I would have been lost without his guidance and help. These people are fantastic! Today I discovered one of my tires was completely flat. I called them up and they came out and patched it so that I could drive a short distance with the recommendation that my first destination be their shop so they could take the tire off and repair it properly. They got me up and running both at home and at their shop in less than fifteen minutes each time... AND chose to not charge me--I am a regular customer. They are a local business and while you might be able to shave off a few dollars per tire by shopping around for deals online, you can't beat Schroeder Tire for service, neighborliness and quality workmanship and products. I live in Ault and my husband and father in law have always gone here, but today was my first time. I went for a quick tire patch not knowing how long it would take or cost, and I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome to both ! Maybe 5 mins tops ? They even came to my car to get it, and they did it as a courtesy. I felt bad, not having any cash on me to even leave a tip, so I thought the next best thing would be an honest and raving review!
