Went in needing a new engine, and they also replaced something under the car they had my car for over 2 months. When they claimed it was ready, I drove less than 50 miles at speeds no greater than 65 just to have it towed back for they said somehow 4th gear blew a hole in the transmission then they had my car for yet another 2 months roughly. After I finally got my car back, whatever was done, underneath got broken during the repair, and they weleded it for a band-aid fix. By this time we are talking to our warranty company letting them know something is not right and want to take it elsewhere but they won't cover that so we had it towed yet again to them because whatever they messed up under my car destroyed both front tires making it hard and unsafe to drive. To add to my frustration Chrystal flat out lied to me saying she called my warranty company and is waiting for a call back and has call several times to no answer 🤔 she never called according to whom I spoke with, because they have every in and out calls and discussions recorded. No log of her calling. I really think that they are extremely busy and have a lot going on between running a once successful shop (according to reviews) homeschooling # kids and welcoming new life into their family. That's just an assumption that I took from first time picking up my car. This review is coming from a place of anger and frustration due to the negative impact caused by me being without a vehicle and the financial mess it put me in as well as the amount of money that I have to come up with to have someone properly fix whatever they messed up and replace my 2 tires that were fairly new. What great service I recieved! I got stuck in the mud and rolled into the shop with the car out of balance and shaking horribly. They got me right in and spent nearly two hours power washing my rims, undercarriage, and engine until all neatly 900lbs of mud was removed and she was running smoothly.
