Obviously corporate isnāt paying attention to their reviews. These low reviews recently, are 100% our experiences within last couple months. From Hailee eating food while helping a customer and smudging the phones with grease and saliva to having a very bad immature attitude while badmouthing other waiting customers to us while she worked with us. Another blonde hair gal not young like Hailee to address an issue I asked about scribbled customer service number on paper tossed it at me and said āyou call them ā¦.the watches arenāt correct.ā Then she walked away from me. Sitting in the store one hears majority of customers talking about how unprofessional and rude employees are in Pierre. If corporate wants to keep its customers they need to start listening to the customers, Verizon can be replaced . Weāve used them over 40 yrs but doesnāt mean weāll continue. Verizon doesnāt care about customers, only money. If they did theyād correct the issues. Simpleā¦.. we were told inaccurate info when we upgraded and being charged full prices. So where is that ethical? Other Verizon stores outside Pierre have qualified employees, professional employees, thatās where to go to get actual CUSTOMER SERVICE, not in Pierre. I was thinking about upgrading as well so both of us walked out with new stuff phones that we are 110% happy with. Nate not only helped ya pick good phones but also filled us in on the best deals. After we got both phones set up and transferred it was 30minutes past closing and Nate offered us a beverage for the road, and said he was happy to stay late to help us out. Heās the best! Would recommend to anyone that is looking for great service and is tired of the corporate Verizon branch stores that seem to be busy and you donāt get the best service. Called Verizon again 10 minutes prior to arrival to confirm appt, after a 50 mile-drive, arrived at the door locked; there was 1 associate helping a customer, who refused to open the door. Understood the phone rep may have misspoken, but the associate refused to stand behind Verizon's statement, which was given twice. Associate claimed store didn't have the staff to maintain full office hours, was on salary and wouldn't get paid, would get fired for letting a customer in the store, and on-and-on.....Arrived 54 minutes before the closing time we were given.
