Subway — Restaurant in Pine Island

Update: still sucks, service sucks and the quality of the food has went way down. Quantity & quality of the proteins is much less. Just can't get a decent at the Pine Island Subway anymore.

Way below par. I ordered online 2 sandwiches; meatball marinara and a steak & cheese melt. Arrived 4-5 minutes after the app said it would be ready. Ok, It's like close to 100 degrees today but the sandwiches were luke warm.

The steak sandwich only had slivers, and I mean 2 small slivers of onion, pepperchini etc. The wasn't enough meat to even taste it in the sandwich. Check the photo.

Terrible sandwich, not even close to being worth the cost.

I went in on Monday night on 8/18/25 and the only person working the food line was this girl with purple reddish hair . She was visibly upset that the girl with the black curly haired girl was not at all helping. I have seen these two a few times and it has been happening every. single .time . At this point the girl looks miserable working there. I have never once seen the other girl doing her job or even helping at most . She either sits there on her phone or goes to the back and talks to people over the phone . I hope management has a talk with her employees!!! It’s very pathetic on her part and her employees!!! Do better pine...

Decided to take my kids to Subway after a youth softball game. The young lady that was on the protein (meat) side was friendly. All the rest of my families orders were fine but I ordered a turkey bacon avocado wrap last. As we are waiting for the bacon to cook. The other employee ask what I am having and makes us pay. When he goes to put the other toppings he advises no avocado and I will need to choose other toppings. I asked for refund and was told I would need to come back.
