I can hardly believe I'm leaving a one-star review because all of the previous reviews seem to be raving five star reviews and this is very disturbing for me. My wife had some curtains hemmed and a liner added to the back of them and frankly she did a terrible job. They are uneven, mismatched, and are truly a hot mess. It's too bad because we paid $100 for this incredibly shoddy work. I hope the owner Jenny reads this review and reaches out to us to make things right because I could not recommend her service to anyone at this moment. What a disappointment. Absolutely Terrible. She butchered my fiancés dress by chopping off the 14 inch train that she was NOT supposed to take off. To make matters worse, her patterns are totally uneven and improperly sewn with loose threads hanging off all over the place. I have pictures to prove. She is refusing to return the money that was paid to her to do this!! My poor fiancé is now devastated and will be needing to buy a new dress because of this wicked lady. All my lady wants is her money back even though the “work” that was done is more costly than the refund she could give us. I tried to contact Jenn after she had blocked my fiancé.
