Dollar General — Local services in Pine Level

Went in a few weeks ago to buy some things employee came to run me out said about to close mind you mid afternoon on a weekend then second time workers standing 2 of them behind register went in come back she proceeded say I can get u over here stood at self check behind counter and made me check myself out only register open and long line and then yesterday went by and had sign on door again mid afternoon on a Wednesday and closed on door. Staff very nice. However, usually only one cashier at the register and the line of customers checking out could be 8 deep. No one comes to assist until customers get antsy, then one may come from the "office" area to help. Also, several workers are usually outside smoking while lines are long too. Employees leave a lot to be desired. Often just 1 register open and a long line waiting to checkout. Stock carts are often spread out around the store and the shelves are in disarray. Store has gone south since it was first opened and management changed.
