My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Darrell and the entire Register Realty team. We were so impressed with Darrell during our initial interactions, that we selected him and the team to help purchase our dream home and sell our old home. Darrell was incredibly responsive, professional, and always seemed to have our best interests in mind. I am an anxious person in general, and the fact that I am pregnant with our first child made me hesitant to make a move at all. Darrell and the Register team made the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. My biggest concern going into this was in selling our home. We were in a good neighborhood, but every other home that sold over the past year seemed to be sitting for a month or more. While we are financially stable, I was concerned about paying two mortgages until our home sold with a baby on the way. The unknowns are always scary. Darrell quickly eased this fear. He put a “coming soon” sign in our yard to generate buzz and within the first week (prior to our home officially going on the market), we had a cash offer over our asking price. We moved into our dream home yesterday and could not be happier. We intend to close on our old home early next month, giving us time to move our belongings over, further calming my anxiety. And on top of all this, we participated in the Homes for Heroes program and will be receiving money back after the closings on both homes. Cannot say enough about the Tammy Register team. Charlene was the best. Great sense of humor and even a better sense of the real estate market. Charlene did a market analysis of our Clayton home and then we had a discussion on what to price our house. We wanted to have a quick sale because we already had a home we wanted to purchase. Charlene gave us a frank opinion on pricing. Price to high and get into the price reduction, after price reduction path. We saw that happening on a lot of listings. Price too low and we leave money on the table. Both were not good options to us. We agreed to a very realistic and fair listing price. Charlene did a great job on the listing, social media and two open houses. Within three weeks we accepted an offer $5000 below list price. We were very happy we got the price we wanted and in the short time frame it took. And then Charlene and the team helped us purchase our new home. Again another great job by Charlene even getting a higher seller concession than advertised. Trisha, the transaction manager from the Tammy Register team, was also fantastic throughout this whole process. Trisha was on top of everything and everything was done quickly and efficiently.
