I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Jewelry by Alicia and Scott. I was in search of an engagement ring for my girlfriend, and I stopped by the shop on a whim because I had been driving past it on the way home from work for about a year. I'm beyond glad I did! I was looking for a vintage, antique ring with very particular features. Even though they don't usually sell those kinds of rings, Alicia and Scott were able to find me exactly what I wanted. Alicia was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, even via text. She had no problem with me sending picture after picture of rings from my girlfriend's Pinterest board so that she could track down the perfect ring. We both had a lot of fun in the process. When we did find the perfect vintage ring, Scott did an amazing job refurbishing it as well as resizing it with a new platinum band. And the pricing was extremely fair! My fiance and I cannot wait to work with them for wedding bands. We're so glad we found "our" jewelry shop.

Update: Alicia and Scott have become our extended family's "go-to" for jewelry shopping. We send people their way anytime someone needs jewelry or repairs. My experience with Alicia and Scott was beyond expectation. From the moment I arrived in their store they made me feel like their most important customer ever. I brought my wife’s engagement ring in for repair. She lost the center stone several years ago. I wanted to fix the ring and maybe incorporate some aspects of our life. I spoke with Alicia for at least 30 minutes. We discussed my wife in detail. Her likes, personality traits. We discussed our family. At the end of the discussion we had a plan in place to upgrade her ring that incorporated pieces of the old ring with aspects of her life. We landed on reusing the stones of the old ring, a new center stone and a new band that holds the 5 birth stones of our family.

The end result was beyond my wildest expectations. The ring is stunning. It stands as the perfect representation of our family; The unity of us as husband and wife and the gifts of our children. Quite honestly it is difficult to put into words how much I love this ring. The best part is that my wife loves it more than I do.

The best jewelry experience I have ever had!! I’ve driven past Alicia and Scott’s business everyday to and from work for as long as they have been there. Very unassuming from the outside but they always have a fun sign with specials sitting out front. The minute I walked in I was greeted by 2 of the most genuine people I’ve met as well as a beautiful shop with a great selection.

Customer service is top notch from start to finish; the way any local business should be run! Alicia is well connected in the jewelry world and helped me fix and replace some very sentimental gold family heirlooms I wear everyday. Scott’s work is parallel to none- he repaired and cleaned all my gold so it looks brand new. Needless to say I will by buying my wife something very nice from here in the near future.
