Room Concepts Furniture - Wexford (Pittsburgh North Hills) — Local services in Marshall Township

UPDATE recently purchased two couches, an ottoman, two side tables, and a console table from Room Concepts and once again, cannot say enough positive things about the experience, the staff, the service, and the quality of the furniture. The team at RC were so accommodating with our picky taste and our two young sons in the showroom while we shopped. They even stayed late to allow us to continue to look and ask questions at our pace with no pressure. They never once made us feel rushed in picking out our choices of manufacturers and patterns. They answered all of our questions in a knowledgeable manner and never gave us a sense of being pushy salesmen. When we made our decision I expected to have sticker shock but the price was phenomenal. We were given a realistic time frame for delivery and Justin was great and explaining how long it would take and why. Even better the furniture came in earlier than expected! The delivery staff were exceptional. They took care of our home, laying down blankets on the floor and even the yard where they had to walk to ensure they didn’t bring any dirt or mud in. They were extremely careful with the furniture ensuring it was not damaged in the truck or while moving the pieces in. They even brought large plastic bags from other couches to cover our old ones in the garage until we sell them. Quality furniture is an investment and there is no better place to do business with.

Purchasing our furniture at Room Concepts was an extremely pleasurable experience. We purchased a dining room table and two chairs to complete our set. They were very patient with our ever changing mind on the chairs and never lost focus on making sure we had all of the information and time needed to make our decision. The quality of the furniture was outstanding and holds up to our two young boys. The pricing was not only fair but exactly what we were quoted for every piece.

To top it off, their customer service is second to none. Our chairs had to be specially ordered and took some time to come in. When they arrived, one of the owners, Justin, personally delivered them to us on his way home to make sure we did not wait a moment longer to complete our set.

I had been searching for information on Smith Brothers chairs, when I stumbled upon the Room Concepts website, where I completed a "find your furniture style" type quiz. Justin Adam contacted me to thank me for checking out their website. I explained that I didn't realize the store was in Pittsburg, at the time, and that I live in WI. I explained a dilemma I was having with choosing a Smith Brothers chair and fabric, and Justin was so kind and helpful. He exchanged several emails with me to answer questions and provide me with information regarding chairs he has in his showroom, which we don't have available here. Stopped in to browse for bedroom furniture. Deb was very helpful in guiding us thru some potential selections. We did walk thru a couple of other stores but didn't find anything comparable in terms of quality & price. We returned to place our order and Deb was very thorough & patient with us in explaining the various wood stains and hardware options.
