I would give 6 stars if I could for such prompt and thoughtful service. A passing motorist alerted us to smoke coming out of the driver's side wheel well on our fifth wheel. We pulled off to the side of the road, but were at a loss as to the cause, and were stranded in a very rural area.

We called River View RV Park, in Vidalia, LA, where we have reservations tonight, to ask about mobile RV service. They highly recommended Jay, at Cruse Enterprises of LA, so we contacted him and shared our location, and information on our fifth wheel. We didn't know whether our brakes had locked up or our bearings had frozen.

Jay contacted a friend who lived nearby, who came and escorted us to a church parking lot to get off the highway. He called a deacon of the church to alert them, and they offered to bring us whatever we needed. How nice!

Thankfully, Jay called me back and asked if I had checked the safety disconnect, and I had not thought of it. I checked, and sure enough, it had come loose. I reconnected it, the brakes disengaged, and we were on our way without another problem.

Jay was so nice and helpful, and refused any payment when I offered. Service like that is hard to find. ...

Jay is top notch in my book. He actually put some air bags on my truck because my 3/4 ton was squatting when I hooked up our 42ft fifth wheel.
