I am usually one to not complain and just say screw it but it stinks thst everytime im in here most isles are blocked with boxes of stock waiting to be put on the shelves. The store is already small enough and without all the boxes theres just enough room for only 1 person to walk down an isle. When passing someone 1 always has to turn sideways which is fine because "small store" but not bring able to get down an isle and having to find alternate routes repeatedly to get to things is very annoying an inconvienent. And after all of that standing in a line of 10 or more people most with full buggys waiting for our turn with only 1 cashier just makes me so irritated as well ad everyone else. I understand you have a stocker and they dint run the cash register but management needs to help cssh customers out when lines are long. Something needs to change. Keep stock out of the way as well. Someone could get hurt the way its just clumped up in multiple places. But very sweet and helpful employees. Always staying busy and working hard and always very happy to help with anything they can. And i love the prices as well as the very well stocked shelves. Sorry for my rant bc yall are great and i know youre doing your very best and this stuffs out of your control but mayne district manager or someone needs to think about giving more hours to hire extra help.

I asked how the employees were able to use the restrooms and they just shrugged their shoulders. The bathrooms are literally there for the general public and these days almost every single dollar general I go into there’s a “customer bathroom” and “employee bathroom” instead of “men’s” and women’s” but to simply not let a barely potty trained child into use the restroom is scum! There’s literally a dollar general not even 2 miles away, just go to that one instead. The lady working the shift on April 14, 2024 at 5:50pm SERIOUSLY has an attitude problem, even...
Read moreDG Market is very convenient when just need a few items in a hurry. At my last visit to the store in Pollock last week, I was well pleased at the customer service. Adrian, one of the store employees, went over and beyond to help me while I was using the self checkout. Having a disorder that doesn't allow for standing in one place for any period of time, makes shopping extremely difficult. Adrian assessed on his own that I was having difficulty, brought a chair for me to sit in, and was there ready to help if he was needed. He offered assistance in taking my items to my car...and it was even raining. He is definitely an asset to your corporation...
