I Ordered a swing. After receiving no notification of order receipt I inquired about shipping date. I was then, after they had my money, rather tersely informed of the three-5 week lead time. Once it did arrive, five days before the birthday it was a gift for, it was warped and literally pulling itself apart. The arms were left with drill flash and the workmanship was mediocre at best. I called and was, once again rudely, informed that the seller was at lunch with his family. 0 concern for the member of my family for whom this was a gift. He agreed to a refund and return. The day was saved by a seller in East TX who can build one in 2 days and deliver it on Sunday in person. This company has no interest as t in doing professional work or in doing business...

I have not purchased from them myself but I wanted to leave a review specifically on their products. My grandfather bought a swing bed from them and after me and my children enjoying it so much I asked him where he got it just so I could leave a review. It’s beautifully crafted and is so sturdy and just great for enjoying time outside relaxing. Definitely worth the price and hopefully will be getting my own in the future.
