I’m really disappointed with my experience. My rug finally arrived after four weeks, and when I called to confirm pickup, no one told me I needed a physical photo ID. I drove 45 minutes to the store with my order form and digital driver’s license, only to be told they couldn’t verify me.
Even though my address and phone number were on the order form, they refused to check or confirm them. I spoke with both the manager and senior manager, but they were completely inflexible—stuck to an old-school process that doesn’t make sense today. Very frustrating experience for a simple pickup! Even law enforcement, hospitals, doctors’ offices, and banks now accept digital photo identification.
