Sophia and Leslie are incompetent, so are the drivers. The driver(s) from Piscataway make a few deliveries a day and then are quick to drive straight back to the warehouse— a common pattern. If Amazon uses this company- save yourself and CANCEL. First my 46lb package (mirror) was too heavy for the driver lol. I offered him to come out and retrieve my mirror from his truck but he still decided to not deliver it for the fourth time. Out for delivery 4x (diff days) and I was told I need to be home to sign for it each time and the driver will call 30min beforehand— never showed up on 4 different days.
Supposedly Sophia is the manager in Piscataway and I’ve never spoken to someone so incompetent. She didn’t even have the correct dates of the reschedules and couldn’t explain why I was told multiple times (on diff days) that “today would be the day” and each day my mirror never gets delivered. She said her drivers were tired with a start to the day at 6am (my delivery was guaranteed 1-3pm) but that’s 10hours of driving and she will not be sending my mirror back (I didn’t realize 6am-3pm was 10 hours lol). Anytime you fact check her wrong information she gets angry and defensive. I asked her which of us was insane if I was told 4x to be home for this delivery and here she is asking me for a 5th time and if the goal is to frustrate clients into cancelling. She agreed that it’s insanity but “will come for sure tmrw” (the fifth day). She didn’t have much positive to say about the company and agreed that this happens with most of their deliveries and eventually hung up with no explanation as to why I was told (and missed work) 4 times even with a manager guaranteeing delivery.
I will not make myself available and will be getting a full refund. This company will likely go out of business sooner than later and it’s sad to see how its own workers speak to poorly about it and don’t have much pride in customer service and working there and make it a point to even share that with those...
Read moreContacted about a 83" OLED TV delivery to schedule that was ordered from Lowes. Tracking said it was at their facility for days on their tracking site and yet gal on the phone showed no sign of it. Two days later driver just shows up with no advance notice. Why would a company send 1 person to deliver a $4000+ TV who than struggled to drag/roll my Tv down my driveway. Exterior box was punctured and interior box dented but miraculously Tv appears to have survived when I initially powered on. Numerous problems here as I travel for business and was lucky to be home as all last week I was out of state. Secondly I have a injured ankle which was reinjured dealing with this unannounced delivery. I am reaching out to Lowes as they need to reconsider their delivery carrier or i will no Longer purchase from them. Most of the blame goes to management as you don't send a single driver out to make these type of deliveries and where is the communication. Simply horrible...
Read moreI ordered a large item from Costco on 09/27. Initially CEVA reached out and scheduled delivery for 10/10 from 12 PM - 6 PM. I called CEVA morning after and they said they had not even received the item yet in their warehouse. They rescheduled delivery for 10/12, but same thing, a no-show. They rescheduled for 10/14, and same thing. Then rescheduled for 10/17, 10/19, 10/20. On 10/20, their online tracking showed "out for delivery" on 10/12. Today is 10/22 and when I go on their website it shows "delivered" on 10/21 at 1:30 AM and signed by someone named "Godwin". We do not have anyone with that name and why would you deliver at 1:30 AM. Of course, I am still awaiting this item and I have reached out to Costco to get to the bottom of this. I emailed Sunjoy (the manufacturer from where the item ships) as per Costco's instructions, but even their support is slow and by e-mail only; but this looks like a problem...
