garcias muffler — Local services in Pittsburg

Visited Garcias muffler to have my Borla cat-back system installed on my 2015 Silverado. They quoted me a good price and told me they would have no problem installing it and have done many before. After coming back to pick the truck up I noticed greasy fingerprints all over my bumper and new tips. They did not even bother to clean them off and make it look nice. Keep in mind this is a 2015 Silverado with less then 300 miles on in. I also notice they left some stickers on the pipes that tell you the left side from the right. I asked the worker about it and he said it's fine I guess they always leave them on? So once I got It home I had to bubbled up smelly stickers I had to peel off on my own and clean all the residue and greasy fingerprints off myself. I then also noticed that one of the pipes was not even coming straight out of the back. I was very upset at this point and had to go back to the shop the next day. When I got to the shop the next day the lady agreed that the pipes were not straight and called a worker to come look at it. He made excuses for about 10 minutes before he finally decided to try to fix it. I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes. When he called me back he made more excuses and said he fixed it the best he could and Borla sent bent pipes.... Keep in mind I paid $1000 for this system. They basically told me "it is what it is." I left very upset. I drove to a different muffler shop and they fixed the pipes for me in about 20 minutes for only $50. I SHOULD go to back to Garcia muffler and demand them to give me back AT LEAST that amount. Garcia muffler charged me $150 and made me leave without it even being right. I just wanted a nice local muffler shop I could trust to work on all my cars. I will never go back. They're...

Called them for a quote. They were very honest with me and helped me out to figure out the best method for my car. They were more expensive then the dealership was going to charge, but I dont think they were trying to get more money out of me. Would go here if I had another issue...
