I had nine packages to coordinate bar codes and package. I arrived at the store with two large bags. I put my purse down, retrieved my phone, took off my glasses, held the phone about 2 inches from my face and began the task of coordinating. As I was searching, on my phone, the male, Asian, rudely said to me, "you need to put on your glasses", as he turned and walked away. I just looked at him and returned to searching. There were three other clerks in the store. The first return said, print label. He said, let's do that last. Other customers began to arrive, so another clerk came to use the same register. There I was, now waiting for her to finish with a customer who arrived after me. I went on to the next return item. Another customer arrived and again, I waited for the completion of a second transaction. I guess there is only one working register. I mentioned this to a second clerk who took over, while the Asian male started doing something different. It was the rudest service, to have customers arrive after me and served in between my nine items of return transactions. I am visually, disabled. While I do wear a very high powered -12 spectacle, they assist me with long distance vision, but they are ineffective for short distances. I'm certain, that I know how to function within my disability. I'm also certain, that no one at the UPS store, is able to diagnose my disability and advise a treatment plan to help me function within my disability. The female said, "sorry". On the Amazon app, it says that it’s free to return items through the UPS store and that they will box and label your return for free. Well, The man charged him at the counter almost 6 dollars to print the UPS label and box the two pairs of pants and my dad even showed him on the app where it says it’s free and he still insisted on charging my dad. When I called the UPS corporate office, the corporate office said that the store should not have charged my dad and that it would be investigating the matter and calling me back within 7 to 10 business days. I fumbled with the program and kept asking for help. She really wasn't helpful at all, looked at the screen and said "you're all done" she did not check for quality or provide any assistance. Now I find out my livescan was rejected due to poor image quality and I have to redo them again. I really needed this for a job, it was so very important to me and I feel the staff here really let me down.
