Los Reyes Taqueria — Restaurant in Pittsburg

Needs improvement- Come here after work order food for the family. When ordering the waitress was doing multitasking duties at the time. I asked for her to repeat my order she verbally repeated back. Wait time is was a little over 30 mins. It's ready I pay more than $50.00 gave her a bill of $100 got my change and grab my food head home. Had partial of my order. The rest of the food was missing instead got extra food didn't order.

Open the order It' is not what I order. I call to let them know I had a wrong order. The waitress didn't apologize she was insinuating as if it was my fault. Rude!

She argued that she gave me everything on my order and that it was correct. I told her I was going to come back to get a refund on the extra food I didn't order and pick up the rest of the missing order. The waitress was already giving me attitude over the phone. She was trying to blame me and still insist that my order was correct from there end. She spoke to the cook he said he made it and include it in the order. No it was not.

The waitress was talk at me not to me in her message she kept on saying, "you make sure you bring back the burrito." What kind of profesional speaks like that to their customers? Her demeanor and her approach was off. She was talking to me as if I was her kid.

I came back brought back the extra burrito and wanted to pick up my missing order.

She was giving me attitude when I got their still didn't apologize for messing up my order. She had broght my missing order they had to remake it again. I didn't like her attitude so I decided on the spot. Not only to get a refund on the food I didn't order but also on the rest of the food that I was picking up a refund on it all.

I lost my appetite I didn't want to support their business . I received my refund waitress handed the money she didn't even count it in my presence. Before she was about to talk off.

I told her, I don't want to come back again to find out I'm short change.asked her count my change in front of me and we both can count it together that way there no mistakes.

I was upset. I was hungry and tired and this is the kind of customer service they provide.

Wow! Amazing such a great job with the expansion of the building. So happy to see a local business that's a staple in our community growing. I'm so proud to be a witness to the growth of this place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the food is beyond delicious words cannot describe. I really enjoy coming in here, it's a whole vibe 😌 you just need to experience for yourself. Try one of their epic Michelada's especial (you won't regret it) its a meal in its self perfect for those hot summer days. Food is made after ordering and you can always guarantee you will be greeted with a smile and kindness. Great human beings with great hearts and amazing service....

We’ve been getting food from here, at least once a month sometimes more, for the past year; it’s always take out and about half or less of the time it’s via DoorDash. In that past year or so, the people are nice, the food and convenience are good, but the service SUCKS with a capital SUCKS!!!! They cannot take or fill an order correctly for the life of them. Every wet burrito I’ve ordered has had to go back to be made wet, and other similar ordering issues pretty much every time i call an order in and go pick it up. They got me saving by forcing me to not leave...
