So I went to do a return on 2 aloe Vera drinks that my kids purchased, it tasted awful. It was a combination of mud and chlorine( I know it’s not his product, but he’s the one selling it) obviously the company would do him a return. One of the bottle was open and one was sealed as seen in the pic but he neglected himself to at least do the return of the sealed one. Instead he shouted”if you post, you will get yourself into trouble.” We run a small business and we do have losses but customer satisfaction in guarantee. This guy really need some PR, the worst of all wasn’t to loose $10-11 but his bad attitude and character. The guys at Los dos hermanos are so friendly, same as The casa Latina, nevertheless espiga dorada they are all friendly. Don’t bother going there having these options above. No respond needed...

They don’t do refunds nor exchange. They should put in the store “final sale, no exchange or refunds.” The guy is as mad as he seems. Whosoever reply is really confusing “husband dad” whats that? Google has English editing! Why have a bad PR and putting at the end about a refund when 1st place it wasn’t given. Finally, where are the pics taken posted??? Talk...
