Dollar General — Local services in Pittston

Ever since they fired the manager Dan, the store has gone down hill. I like the new manager but the store is still horrible. They have bins filled with merchandise stacked between 4 to 6ft high in the middle of almost every aisle in the store. It's literally impossible to find certain items because they're usually still in the unpacked bins. I don't understand why they have two registers if they never have both of them open. It doesn't matter how many customers are in the store, or standing in line. And be careful who you ask if they would be able to open the other register because some of them will politely answer you, but others will just be flat out ignorant. I can't wait until they open the new store downtown because I will definitely be going there. I live a block away from this store but it'll be worth the 10 minute ride as long as I don't have to deal with half of the workers at this location. Well I was very disappointed ! I found it very difficult to walk around the aisles because of all the boxes of merchandise sitting around. Every aisle was cluttered. Several clerks were talking and eating around the register. I got in line at the check out along with 2 others and no clerk. Usually this Dollar General is nice, clean, w/ a pretty good selection of fairly priced items but since the renovations this store hasn't been the same.
