Edit: The Manager handled my review and reached out to me. He was very helpful and addressed all my concerns. He worked diligently to provide me a refund of the new tire and process a warranty to the full set. Very thankful for everything.
Purchased and had 4 tires installed on 8/19/2025 on 9/19/2025 one tire had a leak. Called for an appointment for a replacement and was told it would cost another $240 as I didn't purchase the warranty that I was never offered. Paid because I have no other option as I have to have my car and was still not offered a warranty for anything. I understand that things happen but having to put out for 5 tires in 30 days and then not being offered anything further is laughable. Yes I was frustrated and not so nice to the service lady. But I did apologize for my behavior. I truly feel like I was taken advantage of in this situation as I am not car savvy in anyway and am hoping others are more informed by the tech servicing them and supplied with all warranty...

The young lady we always see. Is Caitlin Webster. She is very knowledgeable of the vehicles. Very compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. When we were there, she offered us a loaner car in which we didn’t need, but she even went as far as having our vehicle delivered from Pittsville to Fruitland. I was shocked. I’ve never seen any place like that. Who delivers your vehicle to you. The people at quick Lane of Pittsville are wonderful people, they make you feel like you’re part of the family and they go above and beyond to take care of your needs and like I said, I highly recommend them...
   Read moreThe Preston group used to be decent, but now they have scummy practices such as telling you that your car came with "Preston for Life" (stating that you'll get free oil changes & etc.) complimentary as a perk for purchasing from them, but then when they call you months later to schedule your routine oil change, they neglect to tell you that you didn't actually get that "Preston for Life" coverage and charge you 5x what it should have cost to get it done.
The staff is also incredibly rude if you ask any questions about why they're overcharging you and what it's for ($100 bucks for an oil change, $1000+ for brake pad replacements?! How dare you ask).
