I ordered Door Dash, food came and I was missing the chips, we had about $20 dollars worth of dips along with our entrees so I called the restaurant to let them know that our order was wrong, I told them I was t asking for anything just mad because it was a lot of dips that was going to to go to waste. Lady on the phone told me Door Dash forbid them from sending chips out unless I specifically asked, I told her why would I need to specifically ask for them when I bought several dips, what did they thing I was going to do with them??? Amazing food, prices versus portion size are great. ( You get a lot of food for the price they charge and it's fresh) very friendly staff as well as CLEAN. I saw 4 girls with nothing to do that were cleaning instead of being on their phone or doing something else. This place is new but has absolutely knocked it out of the park . I had 1 item missing from a to go order ( rush hour and new store/staff so it's understandable) not only was my order immediately made, I received a whole meal instead of the al la carte item to compensate the mistake. Ordered shrimp ala Diablo on door dash. This is my favorite meal from the Mexican restaurant in my neighborhood, so I thought I’d theirs a try. It’s honestly disgusting. There’s non of the smokey chipotle pepper flavor that makes ala Diablo and there’s no char on the shrimp. It’s just shrimp and onions in spicy tomato sauce. I’m requesting my $22 back.
