My husband and I chose Kristi and her team to cater our 150 person wedding over Memorial Day Weekend. I first met Kristi at the OC bridal expo last fall. The vodka pasta they were serving as samples was really great. I put down a deposit and selected the menu. We had a tasting in late January for our May wedding and we ended up changing our selections because we loved some of the appetizers and the eggplant parm! Kristi was very quick with communication too. We had a backyard wedding and we needed a caterer who could accommodate our unique venue and Kristi did exactly that. Her team was seamless in terms of service, professionalism, and very adaptable. Everyone loved the food—multiple people went back for seconds and we had people come back the next day to take home leftovers. Highlights were the meatball sub appetizers, the stuffed mushroom appetizers, and the chicken piccata and the eggplant Parmesan. We were super grateful to have a vendor like Kristi we could trust for our wedding! We completely recommend Kristi and her team. Kristi was amazing! Let me start off by saying, Kristi had a tasting we were able to attend. We booked without tasting since we were in a rush to get our food caterer, and at no point did i feel we made the wrong decision. And after the tasting, we KNEW we made the right decision ! In fact, every week i was more and more sure each week due to her excellent communication. I know i was an annoying bride since i would text her almost weekly with a question but each time she was reassuring and answered within minutes.
