Dollar General — Local services in Plainfield

I did go to the Dollar General store located in Central Village Connecticut and I have been there on many occasions. Unfortunately MY experience in the store was not good. THE customer service is nearly nonexistent and the store was not clean, organized and not well stocked. I asked for HELP in understanding how the store coupons WORK and how to access them and I was not HELPED in a satisfactory way at all. Always have stocked shelves and great selections! I love the quality value for the money. I've been shopping there since they've opened. I've only had 1 bad experience, and it really wasn't bad. I was missing an item on my receipt. Management was more than willing to help me, and even looked at the video for me. They were very professional, caring, and seemed honestly concerned. Rude and ignorant Manager that accus3d me of loitering when I bought several items here and previously I had permission to do what I was allowed to do but then they flipped on me.
