Dilward the boss is the most scummy person I’ve ever worked for. Found out he paid me less than everyone else. Even people that started after me. Hes been seen by several employees taking money from the store and going gambling with it. Disrespectful on several occasions. Allows certain employees to clock in and take off for the day. Accused another coworker of stealing money threatened to fire her for it. Turned out it was his son who he allows to clock in all day long even after he leaves. 10/10 do not recommend working here. He is a horrible boss and lacks any form of professionalism. I’ve also caught dilward and his other employees changing dates on the food and serving customers week old veggies and meats. He has also requested we skimp customers on there veggies because “they are getting expensive”. He does not abide by any subway corporate guidelines. He uses regular store bought sauces and veggies. I’ve also personally caught him and his second in command liza come in for an hour and take all of the tips from the jar even though he was not there when they were given. This location has no working oven (toaster)! They don't even tell you until after you order your food in person. Beware of ordering online!! You will be served food that is heated in a microwave on un-toasted bread, and not be made aware of the fact that that is what you just paid for! Came here over a week apart, still no over and had to ask if it was working. This should be the first thing you're told when you walk through the door and online orders should be made aware before the food is made. All I wanted to do was buy an Italian herb n cheese grinder roll. I was told I would have to pay for the whole sub! I kindly said, no ty, I only want the bread.
