Poor poor poor customer service (check the YELP reviews). My girlfriend and I placed an order for around $46 of customized shirts. The owner, Tracy, is disorganized and lost my order then blamed me because she could not find my order slip. The slip was left in the bag of products to show it was already paid for. Then, she lost it and asked us to pay for the products for a second time. Not only is that insulting and rude, but it just shows that she doesn’t respect customers. One employee actually bought one of the shirts for me because she felt so bad about the incident. Tracy changes the prices and policies depending on the customer or the day and many people have complained. I feel cheated and I don’t have the products I needed. We went there to purchase gym uniforms. We were not crazy about the limited hours and expectations to get there before 6pm on a weekday with working parents. It would have been nice if they had a day or two open later, or even a few hours on the weekend before school. I was also disappointed that for my child's middle school there wasn't much spirit wear, there was a coupon if you purchased gym uniforms you would get a percent off spirit wear but there wasn't any in my kids sizes. I would highly recommend Eichs for anyone looking to have custom shirts created. They delivered excellent communication throughout the whole process. The design was exactly what I had requested. I wanted a single back design for 12 shirts and I even requested each shirt to have a custom name on the front. The shirts were created in a very timely manner, and the total price was far better than anywhere else I had looked previously.
