On 7-13-19, I bought a WF-2850 Epson All-in-One-Printer and brought it home, primarily so I could scan documents. About 80% of the documents I attempted to scan jammed in the feeder, so I exchanged it for a new one (same model) on 7-18-19. When I got it home, it wouldn't initialize because the starter ink cartridges didn't contain enough ink. The printer showed a message to contact Epson support, which I did. I first spoke with an Indian gentleman who claimed his name was Alex Garcia, but I doubt that is his real name. Alex was neither knowledgeable, nor helpful. When I asked for a supervisor, he hung up. I called back and after a 27-minute hold, was able to speak with a supervisor. He offered to send new ink cartridges, but via ground which can take up to 5 business days. I can't wait that long. Oddly, he didnāt offer any kind of work-around that would let me scan (which is all I really want to do anyway, and doesnāt require ink!!). I fussed and fumed, called back and got another supervisor (only had to wait on hold 21 minutes this time) who agreed to overnight the replacement cartridges to me. On 7-19-19, I received only 3 of the 4 ink cartridges. Knowing I was probably wasting my time, I replaced the three I had and again tried to initialize the printer, but it still complained it didnāt have sufficient ink and would not initialize. When I called again, they said the black ink was on back order. They were neither concerned with my problems nor willing to...

Iām extremely disappointed with Epson's handling of my printer return for repairs. I sent back my WorkForce WF-3640 AIO Printer (Serial Number: SEYYC07786, Reference Number: 250214-003762, RMA Number: 0051103599), and it was marked as received on February 18.
However, I never got any email, text, or call about the delivery. When I reached out, Epson claimed the printer was delivered ā but I never received it. The FedEx tracking number (437343669498) they provided included photos as "proof of delivery," but the images showed no clear indication that it was delivered to my address.
To make things worse, I was stuck in a game of ping-pong between Epson and FedEx, each telling me to contact the other. Neither took accountability. Epson refused to file a claim because more than 7 days had passed ā even though I wasnāt notified of the delivery in the first place.
The worst part? The Epson customer service agent I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive, implying this situation was somehow my fault. I followed every step correctly, but now Iām left without my printer and no support.
Epsonās handling of this situation was unprofessional and unacceptable. I trusted them with my product, but they failed me. I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat customers ā no one deserves this kind...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the Epson Stylus NX530 Printer for several years and I loved it. I am quite elderly and learned how to use it very quickly. I took some very bad advice from a friend and ordered refill ink from other than Epson. That was a mistake because even after returning to Epson Ink the printer did not operate properly. So I called Epson and told the lady about my problem. I told her I needed to purchase the same printer, or at least an upgrade of the same printer. She assured me that I would be happy with the Epson XP640. It was shipped to me and the next time my son was in town he installed it for me. I hate it!! It is not the same. I can't print because I keep getting the message that I am out of paper in #2. I have read and re-read the instructions. This printer is very small and loading the paper is extremely difficult for me. I wish I had my NX530 back. I wish I would have waited for one of my sons to help me so I could have purchased a printer that was equal to the NX530. The XP640...
