Buyer beware. Do not do business with this individual and/or company. Customer service and communication is horrible. After months of delay (September) and no communication, my wife was accused of being a ‘horrible person’ after inquiring status about her order. She was told the owner had COVID.

Order was cancelled immediately (by the business) , one sided screenshot of my wife’s inquiry was posted on social media in a lack-luster attempt to gain supporters.

Overall not worth the hassle. If said owner did have COVID our thoughts are with them. However, it should not be an excuse unprofessionalism and ignorant.

Ms. Karen is simply wonderful! She threw my daughter's 7th Birthday party, and everything was perfect. My daughter keeps saying how much FUN her birthday was, and we got lots of compliments afterwards!

Everything ran smoothly and Ms. Karen had everything timed out perfectly as when to do our dinner, cake, and art activities. She is also very reasonably priced, which seems unheard of for throwing a party in 2025!

Karen the owner is one the nicest and most helpful business owners I’ve ever met. She always has a smile on her face, and an amazing turn-around time on customized items. She hosts crafts for children of all ages, and runs a circuit class out of her studio for adults. She is an invaluable asset to the Plainfield Community with her very generous charity work and friendly atmosphere of her studio. We are lucky to have her! Thank you Karen...
