Rachel was on duty, she did not take down our information, she was abrupt and did not give us the impression that she was interested in making a sale. The place is pretty empty. If I were the owners I would speak to the sales folks regarding technique, and customer service. If you do not believe me try sending someone in to do a secret shop to see how your sales person is representing your investment. In addition, There were dead bugs in the room and dirty carpets in the rooms we toured. Coffee maker was not working in common areas. Nothing is up and functioning related to decreased occupancy. If you want a $1000 community fee, 4 month payment penalty for potential breaking of lease. Water and sewer no based on usuals but dividing up based on community usage and a host of other fees such as valet trash pick up etc…you are going to have to step it up. PS per the above verbiage, yes I am an educated professional and yes you lost the sale. Two maintenance man fixed the closet rod on July 12.(15 days after it fell) in addition, the other items on the check list that was provided have been addressed. On a very positive note, I have splendid neighbors. Renters beware. I agree with “Mr&Mrs”. All that glitters is not gold. It reminds me of a bait and switch. The restaurants are no longer in service. Residents have asked about getting a new restaurant management service, but now answers have been supplied. The social director left on July 1. We have not received word of when a replacement will be starting. My problem has been the closet rod and shelf fell down for 9 days ago . My clothes are on my sofa. They do not consider this emergent. They have been unresponsive except for apologies and excuses. Namely, blaming the residents for having too much stuff.
