I look forward to visiting this store every time I visit my sister in Plano. The customer service is top tier and the prices are very reasonable. Small businesses are often competitive so they try and upsale you or over exaggerate the greatness of a product, not here!! She is knowledgeable and will give her honest opinion about a product. Often times you don't get the genuine willingness to help and provide good customer service any more but here at My Liquor Zones you do. I feel as if we are buying from a neighbor. She is attentive without negating other customers which also shows her commitment to gaining repeat customers. Not to mention samples are offered in store which is a common feature at franchised beverage stores not usually at personally owned ones. What should be a 10 to 15 min store run for myself and my sister it takes us 30 min because we can't wait to hear about the new products and try the ones we plan to buy. AMAZING service! Decided to visit today to purchase some liquor for a dinner party. The customer service was the absolute BEST from the owners! I got to sample some new types of bourbon and tequila, as well as mixers. Originally came to get one thing but left with 4 because of how amazing they are! Store is clean and organized.
