HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today I went to this location after doing extensive research on different facilities. I own a small business and went to this location to inquire about renting a space for my business. I went to the office at 2:00 p.m. and found the door to be locked and all the lights to be off. A sign on the door indicated that someone would return at 2:00 p.m. I decided to wait for the office personnel to return and was standing outside the office when a young woman opened the door with her cell phone in hand and a disgusted look on her face. Before I could get a word out she blurts out that she's on her lunch break and that she wouldn't clock in until 2:11 p.m......it was 2:02 p.m. I told her that I had driven from Frisco and wanted information about renting a space for my business for work. She replied by snidely saying that work wasn't allowed in the units. I then asked her about the business spaces and if she could provide me with information regarding these spaces. With this question the annoyed expression her face grew more apparent. She responded snidely again and said by saying "I can get you that information at 2:11" with a sneer on her face.

I am not an unreasonable person, and I can certainly understand that workers need their lunch breaks. However, when a potential customer and business owner is looking to spend money at your location and do business with your company, acting annoyed with the customer while being more concerned with the cell phone in your hand is not the response any employee should have. All this young woman had to do was be polite, professional, and not have a horrible attitude. In stead, she cost her employer my business as well as the business of my colleagues. My advice to US Storage Centers is to more carefully screen their emlpoyees, and to look at replacing this young woman and any employee like her as they are severely tarnishing the image of...

Wish I could do 0 stars for this place. I used this place for almost 1 year and had 2 units to work from. To start off with when we did the intial walk around for our office suite they documented the previous tenets paint on the floor in multiple places, on move out day since the people working in the office had changed they "lost" our records of it, and all the sudden we are out of a deposit. everyone we talked to is basically all paying different rent rates and we feel its to drive people out like us. When first signing up I was told automotive work was perfectly fine, as time went by we were constantly told "don't do this, don't do that" to the point we could essentially only store the cars there and that's when we decided to leave. We were told the rent would increase by the end of the year anyways. This place is insanely overpriced for what it is and what you can actually do here. I would never ever recommend this facility to another person unless they feel like being robbed. They drove up all the long term users rent cost so they would leave. I absolutely am amazed with how great the staff are, they are so Loving and caring. This has been our best experience at the best storage with U S. Storage Centers. The property Supervisor Ms. Sunny has been sooo awesome to us no matter what happened in your life she will understand and help you, and the gentleman that works with Ms.Sunny, they are a perfect team. They helped so much with getting a new storage, the transitioning phase and they have been very patient with me. The property is always clean and they provide a no hassle to you policy of having access to your storage or suite at anytime unlike many storages. At anytime you can always call and they'll be sure to answer anything you need with care. The U.S Storage Centers is a great place for everyone no matter how life changes for us all they prove they will be there with us.
