Are you considering having your kitchen remodeled ? Just do it. We did, and I'm so excited and proud of our results ! When you're ready, get your 3 estimates. But make sure that one of your estimates is with Chris Perry @ Our Dream Kitchen LLC. We did, and you will be glad you did as well ! Our kitchen is the center/focal point and very heart of our home. It is 31 years old and has featured many a family/friends gathering and a multitude of parties over the years. But being that the original cabinets were sagging and the bottom of cabinets had chipping formica, it was time to say out with the old..... and in with the new. I didn't know where to start, so I went onto Brandon Word of Mouth and put out a request. I had a lot of responses. From those, I chose 3 companies to contact - plus I had one outside business - to meet with us and give us a quote. I called all of them right then and there. Of the 4 possible contact calls , I spoke immediately with 1 of the 4. The other 3 went to voicemail, having to have my call returned. Chris Perry was the 1 that actually answered when I called, and he set up an appointment to meet the very next day. (the other 3 called later, and scheduled for days later). This friendly and energetic young man, came the very next day - on time. (a plus in our book) He came in, asked us what our vision was our the remodel. Upon hearing what we wanted (and didn't), he made a few suggestions (which we are happy to say we went with), then set about drawing out the plans for our new and improved kitchen. The drawings were expertly executed and we were able to approve it right there on the spot. He shook our hands and left. Within 2 hours he called us back with a full quote. (sidebar : we had already shopped and looked for the cabinets that we wanted, had an idea of the type of granite, and finishing look for the new sink with a new faucet. We were also going to upgrade all appliances except our double oven/stove -- and we had all of those picked out and relayed this information to Chris during this appointment). The other quotes dragged in = 2 were not even within reason - one was comparably priced - but the communication was not timely/acceptable. (one quote even had the nerve to charge me - above and beyond the remodel price - to remove my existing cabinetry !!! Beware)

Our Dream Kitchen started on time, worked quickly, and executed our job flawlessly. Chris did everything else as well, from putting in our 50/50 stainless steel sink (purchased through him. Yeah) and hooking that up -- as well as the new dishwasher, and the new microwave. The overall end result is magnificent ! The all-wood cabinetry and granite are gorgeous. The wooden cabinets are the soft close drawers and doors. Amazing ! A long way from formica ! We are so proud of our kitchen !! Thank you, to Chris Perry @ Our Dream Kitchen LLC. * You and your team did an awesome job ! * P.S. one remodel tip that I'll pass along is, I replaced half of my -- bottom cabinets -- with DRAWERS !!!! No more bending over and taking out pans and bakeware -- to get to the pans and bakeware that you need in the back of the cabinet !! The DRAWERS pull allllllll of the way out and EVERYTHING is now within reach !!! I can NOT say how grateful/thankful that I am to have that feature now, in over half of my kitchen !!

A Kitchen Makeover That Sparkles Brighter Than Our Pots and Pans!

Dear Our Dream Kitchen,

We just had to take a moment to sing the praises of your incredible team and the kitchen remodel they performed for us. If we could give it a Michelin star, we would!

Let me start by saying that our old kitchen was about as inspiring as a soggy sandwich. But thanks to your magic touch, it's been transformed into a culinary masterpiece that even Gordon Ramsay would approve of!

From the moment we met your team, Chris, Erik and Summer we knew we were in good hands. Not only were they professional, but they also had an uncanny ability to turn our wildest kitchen dreams into a reality. They say the devil is in the details, but your crew must have banished him to the basement because every detail of our new kitchen is absolute perfection!

The design is so sleek and modern, it's like something out of a magazine. We half-expect Martha Stewart to come knocking on our door any minute now, demanding to know our secret! And the functionality? Let's just say that cooking dinner has gone from being a chore to a pleasure. we are practically doing cartwheels every time we step foot in there!

And don't even get me started on the quality of the materials. Our new countertops are so gorgeous, we catch myself staring at them like they're a work of art. And the cabinets? Let's just say that we never knew we could have such strong feelings for a piece of furniture!

But perhaps the best part of the whole experience was working with your team. They were not only incredibly talented, but they also had a great sense of humor. They say that laughter is the best medicine, and let me tell you, there was no shortage of it during our remodel!

We highly recommend Our Dream Kitchen! If you're thinking about remodeling your kitchen, do yourself a favor and give them a call. They'll take your kitchen from drab to fab faster than you can say "bon appétit!"

Sharing on behalf of my senior parents: On 9-28-23 my wife and I contacted this business to clarify questions we had concerning an estimate that had been sent to us on some cabinet work. We felt that some of the charges were unnecessary and/or excessive (ex: hundreds of dollars for "demolition" when the bathroom was already completely gutted, including no cabinets). An employee there was polite and tried to answer our questions, but we could hear the owner in the background, he couldn't take the time to come to the phone but was providing the employee with responses. After a few minutes we heard the owner tell the employee that he was not going to debate his estimates and for the employee to hang up on us-which she did. Very unprofessional, unkind and dishonest service-if you are charging someone hundreds of dollars for something, you should be able to explain it without getting defensive or angry. We took our business elsewhere.

Edit to add: if there was any "yelling" it was because of hearing issues, there was no disrespect during the call or visit, the owner just didn't like having to explain himself. The employee was kind, there was no reason to yell or be disrespectful. There were 2 quotes provided-one for $5000 and another for $6000, so you must have this customer confused with another, it was...
