Brought an older projector in for repair - needed a bulb and had a blurry picture. Asked if it was worth repair and for quote. They charged $100 to look at it and said it goes to repair. I again asked if the machine was worth repair or if it should look at used or other machine. They said yes should repair. After waiting 3 weeks they said they needed to order parts and it was an additional $250 to fix. They charge a fee for paying via CC - and would not fix before paying which meant another trip by to give cash. After waiting another 2 weeks they told me they needed longer and ordered parts. I contacted them 10 more days later adn was told they could not repair it and they had a refurbished unit for the same price. I could not get a refund and was given another machine and mine was destroyed.
I am ok with the replacement but would not have spent $350 as I didn’t need another machine and wish they had just told me up front mine was not repairable.
Seem to be the only place around to do this kind of work - but I think that is due to fact that most electronics are not worth repairing any more and are just replaced.

We had a few hiccuups along the way, but in the end I have a fully functional projector again. They even went the extra mile to mail me the original lamp as the replacement projector's lamp was very dim. I would recommend them for any projector...

If I find a need to get any of the others working, I hope they will still be...
