Do not buy a car here. Bought my 2017 focus drove it home and it overheated the same day I bought it. McGlynns mechanic “fixed” it then it overheated again and I was told to drive it 30 minutes while it was overheating and smoking to drop it off instead of getting it towed. Check engine light came on I ended up needing 3 sensors changed. I was told to take my car back home to see if the check engine light would turn off. Light came back on dropped my car off and was asked to come pick it back up to drive it again to see if the light would turn off again. I also needed a new starter which I was told I didn’t need.. Had a different mechanic fix all of it the right way. Had the car a few months so far and it costed over 3 thousands dollars to get fixed. Overall bad business, was not treated nicely when I went there with my problems. Car was also not cleaned when I bought it and he sold me the car with bad wiper blades which scratched my windshield up completely. My car has been in the shop more than i have been able to drive it. Big headache.

REPLY TO RJ HOSE BROKE THE DAY I BROUGHT IT HOME. YOU SENT YOUR MECHANIC TO FIX IT THAT DAY AND THE NEXT DAY AFTER HE “FIXED IT” THE COOLING FAN WENT AND ALL OF THR WIRING WAS RUINED. I AM NOT SURE WHY A MECHANIC WOULD NOT CHECK THE COOLING FAN TO BEGIN WITH! YOU SENT THE CHECK BECAUSE YOU SAID AND I QUOTE “I DONT WANT YOU USING YOUR WARRANTY THE DAY YOU BUY THE CAR BECAUSE IT LOOKS BAD ON ME” YOU DID THAT TO SAVE YOURSELF NO TO HELP ME! THEN MORE PROBLEMS WENT WRONG WITH MY CAR AND I WAITED WEEKS AND WEEKS TO GET IT FIXED. AND YOUR COMPANY TRIED TALKING ME OUT OF FIXING IT!! YOU WERE NASTY ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION AND NOW I OWE TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS TO FIX THE REPAIRS THAT YOU AND YOUR MECHANIC COULD NOT FIX BECAUSE I DO NOT TRUST YOU OR YOUR MECHANIC! I COULD HAVE GOTTEN SERIOUSLY INJURED AFTER YOU TOLD ME MY CAR WAS “FIXED”...

This review is LONG overdue, but in perfect timing because 1 year ago today I bought my 1st car from Ryan and his family! Misty- is what I named my red 2016 Mazda3 sport that I purchased last June and she’s not only been reliable, but she’s sharp too! 🚗😎

Now I need to tell you just how special Ryan and his Family made me feel! They helped me get approved (which was a challenge because I’m building my credit) but the process was smooth and easy because of their experience in the business and confidence it could be done. Within a few hours I drove off the lot with my new (to me) car! Ryan and his Family made ME feel like family. To note- a week after buying, my key fob stopped working, but I was able to come in almost immediately and get a replacement- ended up with TWO at a fabulous deal as they cut me a break, which I thought that was very kind and I was not expecting it. Most importantly, getting this car, was and still IS a HUGE deal for me because of how hard I worked for it, and I do not take it lightly! Mcglynn’s goes above and beyond for their clients and all of their vehicles are TOP NOTCH, and in pristine condition! (They even wash your new car for you before you drive away and complete with an air freshener) I thought that was superb! Those little things matter, and the special touches are noticed and greatly appreciated! My car looked brand new when I bought it and I was super impressed because you don’t see that on many other lots! To this day I take very good care and my car is still in beautiful condition. Every day as I drive around I thank the universe, Ryan, and his family for the gift of my car and the experience they gave me! I am forever grateful and I refer everyone I know to them! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My friend bought a vehicle from here and her car failed within 24 hours of buying from here. They fought her on everything. They would waste hours on end, never give a call back and never order parts even though they said they ordered parts. She was lied to by the owner himself and he went as far to say that parts were back order and that the warranty wouldn’t cover repairs when the car failed within 24 hours of buying. Also failed within a week of buying. Had to get multiple repairs done just to get the car in operational condition. The car was not sold nor listed “as is.” The car was listed as fixed and had no major issues. All used cars will have a few issues. But they didn’t disclose the major repairs that needed to be done that they “conveniently” forgot to not down in the inspection sheet. This place is trash and you’d have better luck buying somewhere else.

Edit to the reply: I never said I bought a vehicle here. I did say that my friend bought a vehicle from here and she did. I have all the receipts and information on how this whole situation played out. Quit calling it a smear campaign when in fact it actually happened. A smear campaign is when you spread lies.
