My Husband And I Went In here over the holiday weekend, I was extremely taken back by how dirty it was to begin , we were looking at the vapes a and bought some we went out to the car after cashing out and neither vape worked I went back in to ask if we could exchange for new ones the Indian goes very sternly in a loud voice ( note others were in the shop and immediately looked at me which made me uncomfortable) No no no u take and leave no refund no return u go I said excuse me I paid almost $60 for these vapes he again goes no refund u go or buy new one. I would not recommend this store to anyone , we ended up googling another shop in town and went there altho it was not their problem we told them what happened and the married couple working there was beyond polite and gave us a very good discount on 2 geekbars they didn't have to do that. E-Smoke&Cigars is the store to go to I felt very comfortable there and the place was spectacularly clean amd again the service was Phenomenal please stay away from Plymouth...
